The Government of Sri Lanka(Board of Investment of Sri Lanka)along with the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce is organizing a high level Economic Summit to be the first of what is envisaged as an annual event to showcase Sri Lanka as a center for investment and trade and which will be organized on the lines of the world Economic Forum and the India Economic Forum.
The cost of air tickets would have to be borne by the participants. However there is a concessionary rate of US$65 net per single room and US$72 net per double room which has been offerend as a very special rate for accommodation in the 5 Star Hotel at which the above mentioned Summit is scheduled to take place.
