I am writing to inform you that on February 6, 2008
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan
Nazarbayev made annual Address to the People of
Kazakhstan titled ?The growth of welfare of the
citizens of Kazakhstan is the main goal of the state's
policy?.
The Address of the President is a logical continuation
of his Addresses in 2006 and 2007, which were devoted
to Kazakhstan?s Strategy of joining the ranks of the
world?s 50 most competitive nations and modernization
of society, as well as innovative development of
economy followed by ?30 corporate leaders? program.
