I would like to inform you that I have many prospects of agricultural land that our Government provide to company as concessionary land for the period of 70 to 99 years. One of these is the 18,000 hectares of land  in Kampong Speu Province which is very good in term of prices and location : as you can see on the map  it is located in the area where it is easy to access to the seaport i.e Sihanoukville. As indicated on the map,  the location is only 28 Km from the Road No. 4 leading to the sea. And the price is US$500 per hectare which is very cheap. The  land can be grown  Zatropha and other bio-fual or agro-industrial crop such as corn etc... . The land is of best quality. I think  in present this prospect  to the Korean investor, I think may be we can make it into Korean language based the facts that I send you here with the enclosed map.
