- Turkey is one of the largest producers and exporters of food and agricultural products in its region. Accordingly,Turkey's agricultural export, including its high quality agro-industrial products, has reached US$10 billion -- half of which is destined to EU countries. Processed fruits and vegetables; olive and vegetable oils; wheat flour and pastry products; sugar, sugar confectionery, chocolate and cocoa products; pulses and cereals; fishery products; spices; fresh fruits and vegetables; cut flowers; poultry; milk and dairy products; mineral water; honey; alcoholic beverages; tobacco and tobacco products, as well as organic agricultural products are among the wide variety of Turkish food export products.
-Turkey's agricultural exports toKoreaincreased 41% to reach US$28,5 million in the first half of 2010, twice as the increase ofKorea's total agricultural imports.
