Objective
The purpose of this meeting is to highlight the advantages of DIAC arbitration for International / Korean contracting parties and to create a platform for direct and open dialogue between DIAC users and the members of the Executive Committee to exchange their views and comments and to raise any questions or feedback related to DIAC services.

Discussion opics will be of particular interest to practicing lawyers, arbitrators, ADR practitioners, litigators, judges, and other ADR experts and users, business people and academics wishing to acquire greater knowledge about international standards of arbitration in DIAC.
