협회는 10월 4일(목) 11:00 더리버사이드호텔 “노벨라홀”에서 제174회 이사회를 개최하였습니다. 

 신명진 회장은 바쁜 일정에도 참여해 주신 이사님에게 감사의 뜻과, 그동안 협회는 3년 무차입 경영과 연말에는 흑자재정으로 전환되어 희망적임을 표하고 참석 이사 전원은 협회발전을 위해 상정된 안건에 대하여 다양한 의견을 개진하였습니다.

 오늘 회의에서는 「정관개정(안)」「임원선임에 관한 규정 개정(안)」「한·태국수입촉진위원회 규정 제정(안)」「재산처분 및 기금사용(안)」「회장 입후보 등록금의 결정」「상근임원 임명동의(안)」을 안건으로 상정하여 심도 깊은 심의가 있었습니다. 

174^th Meeting of the Board of Directors

KOIMA held its 174^th Meeting of the Board of Directors on Oct. 4, at The Riverside Hotel, to review and discuss proposed items, including revision of articles and general rules of the association, etc. Before the meeting, the Association held its 135^th steering committee meeting at the meeting room of the association.
