태평양도서국 고위관리회의 (Korea-Pacific Islands Senior Officials’ Meeting)
신명진 회장은 10월 24일 협회와 외교부가 공동으로 추진중인 태평양도서국 무역진흥 프로젝트 개시를 위해 포시즌스 호텔에서 열린 고위관리회의에 참석, 14개 도서국 외교차관 및 담당관과 사업추진 현안을 논의했다. 본 사업은 국고지원 신규사업으로 도서국과의 무역확대에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
Chairman Myoung-Jin Shin attended the Korea-Pacific Islands Senior Officials’ Meeting co-hosted by KOIMA and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Four Seasons Hotel on Oct. 24, as part of the initiation of the Trade Promotion Project in the Pacific Islands, to discuss issues on the project with vice-ministers and officials from 14 countries in the Pacific Islands region. The new project is funded by the national treasury, and is expected to make great contributions to trade with the region.
