(1) 수입협회 회장은 2박3일 짧은 일정으로 한국을 방문한 그리스 외교부 차관을 맞이하는 자리에서 지난 1970년대 한국경제 발전의 발판을 만든 그리스 선박산업에 대한 이야기를 시작으로 그리스의 한국수출 파트너인 KOIMA 역할을 알리는 시간으로 가졌다.
(2) 그리스 외교부 차관은 현지 특산품인 올리브, 치즈, 의약품 등의 수출주력상품에 대하여 KOIMA 수입상품전시회 참가를 독려하며 수입협회 회원사와의 Network 지원을 요청하였다.

Chairman Myoung-jin Shin welcomed a visit by Mr. Dimitris Mardas, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, together with H.E. Dionisios Sourvanos, Greek Ambassador to Korea, on October 18. The discussion included ways to expand business through participation in the Imported Goods Fair 2017. The Deputy Minister of MoFA Greece Mardas said that he would support for trade expansion with KOIMA through encouragement of participation in the exhibition Greek companies with products of olives, cheese, medicines, and medical supplies, which are the main export items of Greece.
