3. 주요내용
(1) 협회장은 남미 경제를 대표하는 남미공동시장 메르코수르(MERCOSUR) 국가인 파라과이 사절단 내방을 받고 남미 경제권 기업설명회 시간을 가졌다. 남미시장과의 무역활로 개척과 교류활성화를 위하여 한국정부는 현재 남미 4개국가 메르코수르(브라질, 파라과이, 우루과이, 아르헨티나)와 FTA 협상을 진행하고 있다.
(2) 파라과이 기업인 사절단은 한국시장 진출을 위하여 협회의 기업 Database 등록과 함께 수입상품 전시회(IGF) 참가를 준비하기로 의견을 함께 하면서 수입사절단 파견사업 일정도 논의하였다.
Paraguayan Entrepreneurs’ visit to KOIMA
Chairman Myoung-Jin Shin of KOIMA received visits by H.E. Raul Silvero Silvagni of Paraguay to South Korea, and a delegation of Paraguayan entrepreneurs at the meeting room of the association on Oct. 30, and discussed trade promotion between the Association and South American countries. The delegation of 10 entrepreneurs, including the chairman of the Paraguayan Manufacturers’ Association and the Association of Paraguayan Entrepreneurs of the country, requested active cooperation of KOIMA in exploration of new ways of expanding trade with the South American market.
